Shredder Rounds will add only 1 shred to attacks that already shred.
Added a couple types from WWL to the TurnUndead Condition.
Changed Scramble Rounds from a hit mod to a stat mod, so it's effect is more visible when you have Mods showing enemy stats.
Also made it fully work on miss like it's supposed to.
Antiviolet rounds no longer longer scales with target's psi offense, but can now affect non-psionic units with 40+ psi.
Also no longer does bonus damage on "hits" that don't normally apply ammo damage.

Added config for all rounds for a reward deck name. so you can set it up to work like basegame ammo easily.

Explosive Rounds should no longer be equippable if the primary weapon's base clip size is insufficent to be able to fire.
Micro Rounds now require the primary weapon to have a base clip size of 3 or more. this can be changed in the config.

shredder rounds bonus shred should no longer apply on missed shots.
if AV rounds psidivisor is less than one, no longer applies scaling damage.
switched some inventory icons to new awesome ones by neIVIesis

Antiviolet Rounds will no longer claim to disrupt targets when it has no impact on ability cooldowns.
Added Hive Rippers as 'undead' targets. not that they'll ever have the hp to matter.
Changed the inventory images of vampire, shredder, antiviolet, explosive, scramble and silvered rounds.

Antiviolet bonus damage now scales up against targets with high psi offense
Antiviolet rounds now put psionic abilities on a short cooldown, preventing them from being used the next turn. No effect on abilites that don't have a cooldown.
Shredder Rounds will now only grant the base shred if the soldier already has shredder, or the weapon is not a primary weapon.
As a purely defensive item, Scramble Rounds no longer require an elerium core.
Scramble Rounds will now apply their effect even if you miss.
