Updated base scripts to Last Stand standards.
Deploy Duration had been standardized to 1 second- code removed for now.
Pistol decay to 6 from 5.
Magnum max spread to 25 from 30.
SMG max spread to 25 from 30. Penetration to 50.
Silenced SMG spread per shot to .42 from .4, decay reverted from 4.
MP5 spread per shot to .38 from .35, standing spread to .9 from 1.1, ducking to .65 from .75, spread/shot to .36. Damage to 25. Reload to 2.6
M16 damage lowered by 1. Vertical punch to 1.3, duck reverted from .1.
AK recoil to .9 from .95. Standing spread to .8 from .7. Max spread reverted to 35. Less first shot accuracy, better after 3rd shot.
SCAR Reload to 2.9, vertical punch to 1.2
M60 GainRange to 3000 from 1500. Has infinite penetration out to 3000 range. Ammo to 180.
Military Sniper reload to 3.4 from 3.3. Max Spread to 20 from 15.
AWP Rework, stats reset. Fire rate to .95 from 1.05, reload to 3.3 from 3.66, spread to 3 from 1, vertical punch to 2.8 from 1.5, max spread to 10 from 15, moving accuracy to 1.75 from 3, air accuracy to 1 from 1.5.
Scout max spread to 20 from 15. Reload to 2.9 from 2.85. Infinite penetration removed.
Shotgun damage buffs removed due to Last Stand reserve ammo increase.
Pump shotgun decay to 4 from 3.
SPAS spread per shot increased to 3.4 from 3. Decay to 4 from 3. Harsher recoil, but recovers faster than autoshotgun.
Chainsaw fuel to 45 from 30.

Silenced SMG vertical punch to 1.3 from 1.2, air spread reverted to 1.7 from 1.5
AK Damage to 49 from 48, RoF to .12 from .115, spread per shot to .95 from .91
Hunting Rifle Spread to 1.5 from 1.6

Version 2: Now compatible with the Last Stand update. CSS weapon changes have been moved to this version of the mod, and the other versions discontinued. Further adjustments have been made to weapon stats, about as many reverts as new changes.

Chainsaw missing hand bug fixed. AK recoil increased from .7 to .8, upward kick increased from 1.4 to 1.6, compared to the M16's .75 and 1.5. Recoil of sustained fire should still be lower due to the lower fire rate.

Rolled back my Military Sniper changes. The 150 rounds in reserve was meant to equalize the total damage with the Hunting Rifle, but it ran out of ammo too quickly. It's hard to know how much total damage is lost to missed shots.

Lowered the sniper rifles' recoil a bit.

Regular SMG is now same as vanilla, while the silenced has original fire rate and lower recoil.

Removed the extra screen jump from the sniper rifles I added from the patch a few minutes ago. The moral is to always test before uploading, even if it's a small change.
