Fix issue where shek would comment on Seto as if she was there. Now it will trigger when she actually is in their line of sight.

Unique hivers and skeletons now have a chance to trigger dialogues when their human/shek compatriots burn either in acid rain or the firebeam.

Sadneil and Burn have a chance to trigger dialogues regarding poisonous gas when people are coughing.

Add a new biome banter for Red and specific characters such as Silvershade, Riddly, Knife, Horse, etc. Needs to be within a town though. Has a 60% chance to trigger.

Add two more banters for Flotsam Gals. Knife/Pia and Knife/Reva.

Fix some grammar issues.

Added a new biome banter with everyone's favorite hiver, Beep. (Banters with generics, Crumblejob, Burn, Infinite Wingwang)

Hex has a 35% of being recruitable upon being freed from Tengu's Vault as well as having her own unique dialogue package. If Hex refused, just politely keep bothering her till she relents.

Add more lines and variations to existing base banter biomes. Added Griffin/Reva biome banters. Mod based biome banters has a 60-75% to trigger once a week so you don't get bombard by texts in one go. Add more lines for Crumplejon, Infinite Wingwang, Hamut, Griffin, and Reva. (Reva has dual dialogue packs in which, if the Holy Lord Phoenix, blessed be his name, is alive and well, she'll default to her usually angry self, however if something were to happen to him, she'll be alot calmer to show character growth(wip)).

Add more lines to existing biome banters (hivers, thugs). Fix grammar issues. Revised Digna to have a more unique personality to set her apart from her fellow Flotsam sisters.

Ashland unique skeletons will now stop repeating their lines over and over now. Add a condition where Hex from Tengu's Vault can be recruited (still testing, however if she makes it back to her farm, there will be a dialogue that can be trigger to her recruitment)

Hopefully squish some bugs regarding cannibal dialogues. Added a WIP biome banter with shady characters such as Red, Crow Face, Sinklyde. etc.
