Nerfs to some abilities in terms of damage and accuracy
Blood Elixir now has debuffs to balance it out

Self stress is now only applied once, meaning chaos will not add 40+ stress upon hitting an entire squad anymore, but 10 (not counting trinkets and light increase/decrease), as intended.
