Version 5.3

- Replaced Seamoth MK-II with Seamoth MK-III since it didn't appear to have ladder issues.
- Added autodock function to Seamoth docking port.
- Added basic undocking logic to help prevent water leaking. Better undock logic will require circuit rebuilding which isn't feasible in the current game build.

- Removed Vertical Hatches requirement
- Extended ladder of the Cyclops to Seamoth. Hopefully this fixes the ladder bug.
- Due to bugs in Barotrauma 0.9.9.0 I don't want to do any circuitry stuff, so fancy stuff in the Atlas being ported to the Cyclops is on hold.
- Edited fire probability of junction boxes. This may or may not decrease fires. Fires tend to happen when load drops rapidly, for example the captain going from full speed ahead to dead stop, causing a drop of like 1400 load, and potentially causing overvoltage.

Set Transducer as a None file, since it is packaged into the main submarine. It remains included for completeness.
