some fixes for the secret

put in a secret to make the crusher squish ducking quad campers

randomized the crusher a bit

added marker for tele exits

put some textures on some see-through parts

updated banner flag to match colors of the map

fixed the qud crushes missing the top curve when moving

what about nexdm14, corrected that one slightly misaligned patch
