Due to me being a moron, I forgot to remove the frontend faction effects in last patch, so it was falsely claiming legendary lords got bonuses they didn't. Fixed now. Should be no functional difference.

Updated for latest patch. Legendary lord trait changes removed since some people wanted the mod without them (Leaders of Legend does that so they're not TOTALLY gone). Wood Elf ranged lord/hero traits equalized to 12% range/damage.

Fixed a few typos (sorry Throgg my guy) and effect scopes (Norscan heroes with certain traits should now appropriately buff the army when embedded). As always, please let me know if there are issues.

Norsca and its hodgepodge of mostly/entirely negative traits has been reworked as well! Now there are two categories, generic traits that are roughly balanced alongside similar WH2 versions, and Norscan specific ones that have a mix of negatives and positives! For example, Easily Deceived still leaves you weaker to heroes and now ambushes too - but adds weapon damage and armor to your entire army in return, making it an excellent army buffing trait that weakens you on the map. Blind now lowers melee attack and significantly worsens map vision, but gives Daredevil style melee defense and ambush defense chance, making it a solid hybrid defensive option.

Please let me know if you feel that the negatives aren't made up for enough - as always I am not an expert on balance, just trying to make things fun.

My dumb ass somehow completely forgot about Vampire Coast generic and tech lords. So.... fixed! The generic ones now have pretty strong traits (still generally a little worse than High Elf 40/60 influence ones tho) and the tech lords are almost legendary lord level! Also Luthor got 15% missile damage because I felt like his trait just didn't do much in most battles when not fighting lizardmen.
