Localization filler added for added events from previous update

Update: 12 Aug, 2019 @ 2:39pm

-Trade route cost changed to 1000 energy and 1000 consumer goods to make the AI more likely to actually use this mod since the AI knows that alloys are one of the best resources in this game and wasting it on diplomacy will make them look soft.
-Trade routes are now temporary and must be renewed after 10 years to nerf early game trade routes. Cargo from the trade route IS removed when a trade route is expired. Old saves will have trade routes expire at a random time between 5-10 years (half time if your game is 75 years in or more). Renewing a trade route is basically the same thing as adding an additional cargo ship to a trade route, which will reset the trade route timer. This is basically like you're adding a cargo ship to a trade route with 0 cargo ships.

Update: 14 Jul, 2019 @ 9:49pm

-Cause of the large performance lag dealt with
-Improved performance slightly with some events
-Fixed a case where you could send cargo ships to someone you're warring with or has closed borders toward you
-More fixes on cases where things happen to cargo fleets with expired cargo
-There is no longer a cap for opinion modifiers from foreign trade. For old saves, this will happen after the next monthly tick.

Update: 8 Jul, 2019 @ 8:02am

Quickfix on the one-time event for old saves refunding you resources incorrectly.

Update: 7 Jul, 2019 @ 5:53pm

Created a one-time event that will fire for old saves (new games are not affected gameplay-wise), which will reset all trade route cargo ships, their cargo, and max trade route values. If a cargo fleet were to be over the max cargo ship limit, cargo ships will be deleted (up to the ship limit) but you will gain a slight refund of resources per deleted ship.

You will need to wait one monthly tick for this event to be triggered.

My sincerest apologies for those who weren't affected by the previous lag that have to deal with this update.

Update: 7 Jul, 2019 @ 5:49pm

Accidental update.

Update: 6 Jul, 2019 @ 11:51am

Quickfix: Fixed error when a cargo ship is destroyed

Update: 6 Jul, 2019 @ 11:13am

Quickfix: Fixed potential cause of unintended massive lag for old saves that were using the previous version of the mod

(EDIT: Apparently did not, sadly, based on feedback)

Update: 6 Jul, 2019 @ 11:10am

Investigating a potential unintended cause of massive lag for old saves that were using the previous version of the mod so reverting (7/5 version) since I barely did much for the last update.

Update: 6 Jul, 2019 @ 7:52am

Quickfix: Fixed some issues with max cargo ship limit and cargo ship cargo expiration interaction weirdness. Does screw with old saves using the previous version but not to a broken degree.

EDIT: Never mind, it may lag old saves.
