- SCP-049 SWEP added
- SCP-049-2 SWEP added
- SCP-106 SWEP fixed

Fixes:

- Fixed animation for SCP-106
- Fixed vector positions for cell and PD (Set up for gm_site19)
- Cleaned up code on all sweps and used some better methods
- Improved method on going through walls with SCP-106.
