Updated SBS ORCA Mk.II Rescue Boat (WIP).

Added Railings to upper section of Orca.

Added two signal flares (small rockets) that can be launched from the Port side.

Enabled the radio antennas in the rear of the ship to SEND and RECEIVE Telemetry data. The channels assigned for SEND and RECEIVE are set using the Captain's Right MFD. Once that MFD is turned on it will also turn on the new 2x2 monitor next to the ENGINEER to display the Telemetry data picked up from the receiver.

The Telemetry data is a composite stream which contains all of the following data from a ship on the following channels:
1 - GPSX
2 - GPSY
3 - Altitude or Depth
4 - Pitch
5 - Roll
6 - Yaw
7 - Compass Bearing Raw Value
8 - Absolute Linear Speed
9 - Horizontal Speed
10 - Vertical Speed
11 - Beacon Contacted Detected (Boolean)
12 - Beacon Wavelength
13 - Beacon Bear X
14 - Beacon Bear Y

I built a system I referred to as VDC (Vessel Data Collection) that allows you to collect the various data elements using 3 separate Microcontrollers (Orientation, Vector, Beacon) that can be combined and compresses all of the information down in to one composite stream. The advantage is that you can use it to cut down the number of input points in to a block (or multiple blocks) and have a standard setup for your vessel data. It becomes a sort of registry for all of the ships data.

The way it works with the radio is that if you tune to the radio frequency of another vessel that uses VDC (and broadcasting via an antenna) you can view all of the "Telemetry" data from the vessel. Could be useful for determining location, direction, speed of a ship, etc. that you want to intercept with.
