Hi.

- I had to clean up a lot of code for this one. This probably makes it not old save compatible, sorry!
- Tails are now unique. There shouldn't be any problems with other race mods now.
- Bioarmour has been jacked up. The idea is to have a bonkers powerful race and I noticed the stats where incredibly overwhelming. Enjoy. You can be a nudist with them on too. :)
- Added a missing Royal tribute value, let me know if I haven't crashed the whole economy with this.
- No more shuffled Childhood errors (I hope)
