Nerfed the heal among ranks

Nerfed SPD among levels
His base PROT is smaller now
Hom should be inmune to 95% of modded diseases
Removed the extra action chance from all the skills

-Fleshcursed bonuses
All got they amount cutted by half. In compensation, they last now for 5 rounds instead of 3

-Critical effect
Lowered the DoTs resist buff that this one gives to Fleshcursed allies

-Dangerous Game
No longer Marks
Normalized the Stun chance
Now always is able to hit the 3rd position
Increased both the self DMG and the chance of it to happen
Now deals -35/35/30/30/25% DMG (formerly was -20% on all ranks)
Now it can be used on Devourer mode (changes back to Elastic + normal effects)

-Keening
No longer gives stress resist buff
The Mark removal chance now rolls individually per ally
Reescalated the stress heal: Now has 55/65/75/85/95% chance of healing 1/2/3/4/5 stress
Now it can be used on Pernicious mode (changes back to Elastic + normal effects)

-Flesh Veil
No longer gives Blight chance to Fleshcursed allies (moved to Scourge)

-Mind Shot
Totally reworked: Now its an AoE skill that hit enemy positions 1+2+3. Still using Bleeding.
The DoTs numbers and the DMG, ACC and CRIT of the skill were adjusted as a result of this change
Normalized the Bleed chance of all the skill

-Scourge
Totally reworked: Now its a single target skill (deals no dmg) that ignores and breaks guard on target. Blights it and has a low chance of blighting other allies
Now gives bonus Blight chance to Fleshcursed allies
Increased the Disease debuff on non-Fleshcursed allies x3, but now lasts 3 rounds (formerly 5)

-Shell Quirks and Exalted Appendage
Added 7 new provisions and 7 new quirks! Those Shell quirks interact with Fleshcurse and get benefits from it. Only 1 Shell quirk per hero, and they doesnt work on Hom (since he cannot get Fleshcursed). Exalted Appendages can be both obtained at combats end or by using the camping skill "A missing part"

Re activated the act outs of the disease... Flesh, has come to our family, expect unexpected behaviour...

Tweaked the Flesh Monstrous Crossbow:

Now only Stuns on Ranged attacks
Increases Move Resistance but heavly penalized SPD
