I think theirs an issue with the Gore Atune, it says the Homunculus isn't supposed to suffer the negatives from it like the rest but their max HP is still reduced

Can I enable a decision-making system to have multiple modes simultaneously by modifying files? For example, allowing a character to possess both Elastic/Devourer/Pernicious modes at the same time?

My Homunculus virtued and he said <heal bark> in blue text or something like that then he healed

The trinket effects are still same as the original mod I think. It is above the original mod in the order.

@Mafe Hello!My friend used some old materials and made and remake many new things(the “flesh”enemy and hero)He is a bit disappointed that there are some materials he uses in this new update. Can you grant him authorization to use it?

This character has good ideas but still doesnt fit a marks/bleeds/blights team even if he has those abilities. He can end up being just a stun/guard warrior with some healing and stress abilities, losing his uniqueness. He can't repeatedly use heal skills and must spam dangerous games/stress heal to access other abilities. Pernicious requires stress skills even if unnecessary. Not every turn requires healing skills. Selective abilities can be enough. And in round 1 where damage/stun/mark/blight/guard are needed, not healing. His moving skill is a bit useless too, as elastic mode does nothing.

Will this mod be updated? I have problem with "gain all the benefits and none of the downside if used by homunculus" not working and rlly want it to work cuz this mod is rlly fun to play :((

The trinkets with "gain all the benefits and none of the downside if used by homunculus" is not working as supposed ( i think ) i still get the downsides,like,the gore attune still gives me -10 max hp,is that how it is supposed to work?

@Nosohoth Yes, him taking dmg its unfixeable, and I will change the tooltip to reflect that it only affects buffs, not effects. For the Whistle, I will take a look at it, ty for you report.

@Mafe Inside of the quest the negative stats still apply, such as the vicious axe damaging the homunculus during combat if he attacks while having it equipped. If he equips the gore atune while moving between rooms he loses the 10 base hp and if he removes it afterwards he gains it back. Ex. he has 29/29 hp and equips it, he drops to 19/19 as soon as he removes it he goes to 19/29.

When equipping the Gore Atune Homunculus loses 10 base hp even though it says "gain alll of the benefits and none of the disadvantages of this trinket" is he supposed to lose the hp or is this an error??

The Color of madness trinket for this class "thoughts from the void" is misspelled "toughts from the void"

A small error, but one I figured id report :)

I've had the axe, crossbow and body trinkets disappear at the same time twice now,
and no its not shrieker, tavern events or retreating, my best guess is that its happening when I load up the game, they disappear. Its probably just a loading issue but I wanted outside input.
Lovin the refactor so far nonetheless

@Gentleman Destroyer Its an actorDoT ("Delayed trigger effect). After the enemy attacks, the effects of the parasite start working.

How is the Parasite supposed to work? I use it Mindshot on enemies and nothing changes. Am I missing something?

The screenshot for trinkets are outdated as hell, I reworked every trinket a long time ago, and on that rework I removed they class restrictions cause was a pain in the ass to keep, and on this way they are more useful being global.

The head of the Homunculus negates the negative effects of the Shell quirks (they are clarified in the parenthesis). The Destructive shell, for example, increases the chance of receiving a critical strike. Using the head on a hero with that Shell nullifies the penality.

Hey,

so I've seen a few things that I'd like to report,

First of the trinkets don't seem to have any kinds of restirctions unlike the trinkets shown in your screenshots, I was able to equip the monstrous crossbow to my highwayman, and it worked just fine

and secondly, I don't really understand the effect of the ???-Head. It says that it negates all negative quirks caused by shells, but the homunculus can't even use the shells, so I'm a little bit confused about that.

The Homunculus Traits are special: His Affliction maims his stats but lasts very shortly, and his Virtue gives him godlike-stats but, in short, makes him a terrible companion xD, so that its indeed intentional

Hello, I would like to report an issue. I recently embarked on a mission with my homunculus and thank god he became virtous (I think the text for it was exuviated but I might be wrong), but anyway a lot of his barks were "broken", he didn't say anything that made sense and just spoke in "strg.-stress-localization" or something like that, and also did stuff that would be normal for an afflicted hero, damaging his comrades, refusing to get healed, attacking on his own, stressing the team and all that stuff. So could you please look into that to find out why this happened and maybe fix it? Thanks.

False alarm. For whatever damnable reason, I had to un-equip and RE-equip it for the CRT chance to kick in.

Is the Monstrous Crossbow broken? It says "100% CRT if has Flesh Curse" but it's not guaranteeing the crit, but it still stuns and debuffs my hero? They do have the flesh curse on them, for clarification.

@Nothing Trinket screenshots are hella outdated here, I didnt had time to update them

I think I wasnt clear with the tooltip. Its impossible to nullify effects even if they are negative, only nullifies the "stats" of those trinkets

Also, if you where previewing the stat bonuses on Hamlets, the Hom part doesnt work there, only works when inside a Quest

The "Gain all the benefits and none of the disadvantages of this trinkets" doesn't work for me. My Homunculus still gets -10 SPEED with the crossbow and inflicts Bleed+Blight to its allies with the vial.
I'm loading The Mafe Refactor above the original but the trinkets' effects are different than your sreens though.

one thing is that protean shell +living shield seems too good lol, the reflection damage is crazy and the recovery from protean shell is too good as well.

So, i uninstalled both your remake and the original homonculus mod, now i have all 8 skills learned but instead of all 8 looking like they are equipped i can equip 4 at a time.

I think there's some space magic going on here! If nothing else, I'd like to thank you for the time i got out of the mod. The class was so awesome while he worked! (and may be awesome once more, now that i reinstalled)

I dont have any clue of what causes that, I tested him again and he works fine for me, sorry for not being able to bring a solution :/

Also this Homunculus versions uses the 7 skills at the same time, but you switch modes when using them

Using Dangerous game enables Mindshot and Flesh Veil

Using Keening enabled Wither and Scourge

Using Eldritch Comfort moves him to the opposite mode he is in (From Devourer to Pernicious, for example)

I have the same issue as Anarch, but interestingly it only occured after a few new save games. Till then, the character still did not change forms but had only 4 skills instead of 8 to start with and it let me use the heal and such. The trigger for the change to having dangerous game, kneeling, eldritch comfort and dissolve locked in was purely me starting a new save game, suddenly my homonculus showed up with 8 skills learned but me unable to unequip any of them

That is very strange, it works for me. What mods are you using that may interfere with Hom? Remember that you need the original version to be loaded below my version for it to work.

@drankok2000 yes thank you for your help, although in hamlet when characters dialogues random pop up the blue text still appear.
