This is Antonov AN-225. A cargo plane.

After take off, I recommend you to use SAS for better control.

Action Groups:

1-Reverse Thrust
2-Flaps (for the first time to close flaps you gotta press this button twice)
3-Spoilers (used on ground usually)
4-Open/Close Cargo Bay (Empty but you can fill :)
5-Open/Close Cargo Bay (Empty but you can fill :)

Now the plane itself takes off when your speed is around 110 m/s when flaps are open.

If you are asking "what can I do with this plane?", I have a job for you;

-The crew at the closest island next to the airport needs fuel to run the generator, if they can't use electricity, they will not be able to do their researches and the authority will shut down the IRFP (Island Research Facility Project). So you have to load some fuel tanks to the plane, and deliver it to the hangar on the island.
