Updated ASGARD Rescue Drone (Still works and still updated). Renamed vehicle from "ASGARD Rescue Drone (Use Latest Version)" to "ASGARD Rescue Drone (Still works and still updated)".

Added automatic ground leveling
Added tail swing for more safety around the tail rotor
Added Fast Rotor Stop. Rotor now stops in about 10 seconds
