changed the order in which the part coverage appears in game so its not like top is chest, second is right arm, 3rd is stomach, and last is left arm, now its chest or stomach first, then right and left arm. its just nicer to comapre armours and look at.

This also removes the arm protection on the leather vest, it was 0% to begin with i just removed it from the list so now you dont see that while hovering over it, you just see chest and stomach protection.

Ranged skill now 0.85x from when i changed ti to 0.8x

All chain armour has been cut resistance buffed, say the blackened chain shirt's cut was 8% and the dark leather shirt's was 10% (Both standard) now the chain's is 13% and 21% blunt rather than 20% Blunt
