More Boosters Update (SRB Overhaul)

- Added "XL" versions of all SRBs - same thrust as their standard versions, with twice the burn time
- SRB mounting points adjusted to be more sensible
- SRB models reworked to make mounting points obvious

New Blocks and Changes to Ring Decouplers

- Ring Decouplers have been retired indefinitely, until the re-merging problems can be fixed
- In their place, Cylindrical Decouplers have been added, with a similar model and the same sizes and shapes, but without the hollow center of the Ring versions.

- Low-profile Nosecone Parachutes have been added for both grid sizes, in two variants: Standard and Drogue.

- Nosecone-less variants of all SRB sizes have been added

- 1x1, 3x3, and 5x5 Nosecones have been added, for both grid sizes

- Missing small-grid Explosive Bolt Pillar has been added


- Blocks have been added to their own category in the G-Menu
