Weed bucket: Throws a bud of ganja
Big Ol Bag Of Weed: Throws mini bags of weed

New throwing sound effect for these two new sweps

Fixed missing blunt texture, added 2 new sweps, 'healing blunt thrower' which throws blunts that can be consumed to heal 5HP per. Added Ciggie Thrower to appease the ciggie smokers
