Implemented support for Revelations' deathitems sprites, and Fiend Folio's enemies + bosses sprites. Should work seamlessly.

Also polished a handful of enemy/boss sprites a little.

Improved NUMEROUS death item sprites. Enjoy! Specifics on what changed can be found in the mod's files via cHUD2.2 Changelog.txt as it is too much to fit here
