Removed the beginning of hole 3

The lane below the end of hole 6 is now playable from hole 6

Fixed the beginning of hole 6 to make it less likely to fall between the porch lane and the ramp

Added forcefields around the rim of the hole to help with visibility on hole 15

Fixed hole 15 from counting for everyone but the host (not sure why this happens but I've prevented it)

Made the button on hole 6 activate for everyone

The pipe on hole 9 now has a forcefield in it
