fixed bug in soundtrack menu where main menu music set to a specific soundtrack late in load order could fail to load and play

- added options to soundtrack menu for main menu and nightmare tracks using repentogon callbacks
- fixed some music tracks ignoring users volume setting

-fixed womb track name not showing up in jukebox text when using the 'default' soundtrack
-increased length of 'blank' ogg file slightly just to be safe

soundtrack menu: added workaround for mods with broken challenge intros

No Costumes: updated saving and loading functions to hopefully fix issue some people have with it resetting the configuration

No Health Cap: fixed red hearts being taken before soul hearts (code was checking if you had the crow heart trinket and some genius dev updated the GetTrinketIdByName function so it no longer works for vanilla trinkets)
