SCP-049 can craft "Efficient Shots", which are Booster shots with a cheaper crafting recipe. (4 rot, 1 rock). This is meant to generate more synergy between 049 and 035, but is subject to change.

You can find it at the bottom of the survival tab, for now.

Update:

* SCP-049-2 instances no longer completely overwrite pigbrain.lua and bunnyman.lua. This means that the mod should no longer crash when vanilla pigmen behavior is updated (which it was, which was causing a crash).

* SCP-049's lethal touch was somehow activating before 049 technically hit a mob, causing 049 to bypass mob aggro and other effects (such as electrocution). This has been fixed.

* SCP-049's lethal touch now plays a sound when it is activated.

These bugs were fixed by the lovely Axe, an Uncompromising Mode dev.

SCP-049 Core Update:
Ever since SCP-049's creation as a Dont Starve mod in Febuary 2019, he was in a very unique and weird "min-max" situation where he had a straightforward, near-overpowered upside paired with a crippling and arguably unfun downside, in addition to his other character perk (SCP-049-2 creation) having no incentive to be used. After months of obstacles, we've fixed these issues by
adding in a new downside that penalizes 049 for not doing his job. To compensate, he isn't as slow as before, hallelujah!

* SCP-049 now has a "Cure Meter". This meter drains by 15 per day by default. Curing a pigman will raise the cure meter by 20.
* Killing something with his lethal touch will drain the meter by 2.
* When at 0 Cure Meter, SCP-049 will lose his lethal touch and rapidly lose sanity until he cures something.

* SCP-049's movement speed has been increased from 0.72 to 0.85.
* SCP-049 is no longer blocked from curing when he has 7 SCP-049-2s. If he cures when the limit is reached, the oldest -2 will die.
* Bunnymen are now scared of SCP-049 and will run away similar to pigmen. They are too intimidated to become aggressive when SCP-049 holds meat.

To-Do List:
* Finish "Reap What You Sow" quotes
* Create a sprite for a SCP-049-2 version of bunnymen, at the moment they resurrect as pigs.

- Added quotes for the "She Sells Sea Shells" update
- Added quotes for Uncompromising Mode.

Note that in the next Uncompromising Mode update, SCP-049 will inherently have the effects of the Plague Mask at all times. (Immune to hayfever, rats, and poisonous clouds)

-SCP-049's appearance has been redesigned to look less cartoonic and more intimidating, taking aspects from his design in SCP Containment Breach.
- The survivor skin also reflects the redesign.

-SCP-049's old sprite has been added as a skin.

-The Mod Icon in the mod menu has been changed to be less generic.

- Speech strings has been added for Wendy's pipspooks.
