-Rebuild the complete B Spot so its closer to CT Spawn

Tried a whole new layout. Maybe its a bit to big but thats the layout i imagined.

Its playable with bots but i would preferr playing with real playes.

Please note that this is super early stage. Dont expect anything pretty.
