-More variety in Orc 3D unit models

-Reduced Erebor's fort to level 5 so as to prevent it starting above fort limit
-Removed the regional power restriction for legion laws, now all monarchies can build them
- New Saruman mechanics that allows him to turn to evil by looking into the Palantir, and then he can build Uruk units in his legions.
-Melkor nations can now keep orcs in their realm, they do not migrate away
-Made Balchoth a vassal of Mordor to prevent Rhun from sometimes winning against Sauron

GAMEPLAY
-Reworked realm setup to add more realms and split up some of the large ones, including Gondor (more realms will be split up in the future)
-Made northern Dunedain realms (Rhudaur, Arthedain, Cardolan) have low relations at game start to reflect their rivalry and disunion
-Added lots of pops, very few 1-pop provinces left except in Lindon and Calenardhon
- New wonder modifiers
- New buildings: Inn (wrong-culture/species bonus), Garrison Tower, Archery Range, Stables, Dormitory, Citadel

ART
- Update to map visuals (only Harlindon is 100% complete)
- New topbar UI
- Flags: Minas Ithil, Lamedon, Umbar, Khazad-dum, Erebor, Tumnogost (Nogrod), Iron Hills, Rohan (formable), Dunland
- Random flags: Dunedain, Black Numenoreans, Folk of Haleth, Northmen, Men of Rhun and Men of Harad
-Converted all unit and portrait normal channels from DirectX to OpenGL, should appear correct now
-Added new helmet for Dunedain Kings leading armies

-Disabled manual pop movement for tribals and citizens/upper tier, as it also disabled migration. A stop-gap compromise solution, until a better solution is found.
-Orcs pops that migrate to non-orc realms will find their way to Carn Dum within a year instead and serve the Witch King of Angmar (later this event will be tweaked to have them go to Barad Dur once Sauron returns to Mordor)
-Moved capital of Arthedain to Fornost, as it should be in TA 1300. Reduced pops in Annunimas, though it remains a metropolis - albeit a quite empty one.
-Added realm of Khazad Dum/Moria
-Updated province terrain and added two new terrain types: Underground Halls and Underground Caverns (for the misty mountain underground provinces)
-Fixed missing localisation for food and missing icons for political power, etc.
-Map improvements
-Rohan now forms via event if Gondor has 10 provinces occupied by Easterlings in war - there will later be a decision to form Rohan by a player Gondor via decision.
-Inventions re-localised to not be Roman era themed
-Flags added
-More startup flavor events added
-Galadriel and Celeborn moved to Lorien (I know it's early compared to the lore, but they were pretty useless sitting in Edhellond)
-New LOTR theme icons for Government, Tech, etc icons on top screen.
-Tweaks to prevent pops starving at start (an event fills up the food supply of each province)
-Ports that didn't work have now been fixed
