Nerfed the weapon to match the Airboat mounted gun (why not) and for getting rid of Admin Only. PLUS New weapon special NPC if u mount ep2

Fixed a missing color for the triangular cannon, and fixed the gun viewmodel position (Have u noticed that it wasn't really aiming to the crosshair?)
