Removed extra magazine from the military sniper rifle that wouldn't realistically fit in survivor pockets, bringing reserve ammo to 80 rounds.

Changes to guns. Accuracy was tweaked on the SMGs, pistol, and assault rifles. The rate of fire on the M16 was raised from 800 rounds per minute to 850 rounds per minute to be more realistic. Made infected more true to the vanilla game. Tank has 6000 health, a compromise between the campaign health of 4000 and the expert realism health of 8000. Previously it was 3000. The witch has 500 health instead of the normal 1000 and has her normal personality and speed again. Pipe bomb functions like the vanilla one again. Doors are vanilla again as well, since hollow core doors are actually relatively easy to destroy by hand. This also lets the tank break them down again.

Changes to assault rifle damage stats. Nerfed military sniper a bit. Pipe bomb has double the countdown to detonation now. Adrenaline buffed slighly. Witch got a small health boost to be half normal health to be more of a threat and justify the survivor's fear of her.

Removed the heartbeat sound due to reports it played all the time during this mutation for anyone who was in game and not hosting the server.

Tweaks to AK47 accuracy. Fixed it being more accurate than the M16.
