The London update 0.2! Nothing much except London getting actually somewhat done. And 2 towns also finished, more trees... I didnt have much time, so its a small update.

Added custom houses and few towns, Trying to go South to North - The outside border zone ended up being the first one to get detailed, there should be citizens in there deactivated but you are able to move them to any of yours to activate them and not waste money on immigrants. Also started early work on London and made Edinburgh accessable, I'll work on the odd mountains later, this is all for today

Added to Workshop, Named version 0.1, enough for today I'll continue tommorow.
