Make TPing near entities optional instead of disabled by default

Upgrade AutoUnstuck_TPNearSpot, setting to 2 will now teleport to the last saved player location. Upgrade option 1 (nearby navmeshes) to NOT teleport player to a navmesh they get stuck in. Removed garbage and fixed up code.
