- Corrected countdown timer bug. No more need to perform any stop/start pause/unpause nonsense to start a multiplayer server or play solo (with '/start');
- Corrected inventory persistence when changes didn't involve swapping into or out of the backpack. Inventory for each player is now checked on round end and applied at round start;
- Faction default Sidearm is added to player inventory on round start if no secondary item is present. The sidearm has the same specifications as its purchasable equivalent, but is worth 0 RP to sell;
- Finished work on RP rewards and weapon prices;
- Included some new sound effects (from CS) for weapons.

- improved player life/death tracking to overcome bugs such as when Terrorists win a DE round by detonation, but all Terrorists are killed, triggering a loss to be reported immediately after a win.
