A small extra patch
FINALLY fixed a bug where Battery would be permanently empty in online Playtest
Fixed Lock Katana Color Button not working properly online for the first match
Made Voiced Mode persist between matches
Made Katana Lock Color persist between matches
Made Tilt cancels correctly apply parry stun if Jab is parried
Adjusted some Runes to work correctly with the previous patch

Travis Touchdown - 5 year anniversary Patch
(Ignore that im literally like a month late lmao)

The main things:
-New Button added to CSS: Lock Katana Color Button
Allows you to mix and match Beam Katana colors by locking the current one regardless of the selected alt.
-Made the Battery Bar ACTUALLLY use the current HUD color
-Now uses actual In-game Dust effects instead of whatever the fuck i did before.
-Improved some animations: Crouch, Parry, Techroll, SpinHurt
-Lowered height of crouch hurtbox
-Added 3 new Alts
-Fixed a bug that made you unable to Aventure Mode enemies sometimes
- Did some Code cleanup and Future proofing

Balance stuff or whatever:
-Utilt KBS .5 -> .4
-Uair angle 85 -> 80
-Fspecial Endlag: +2 to both versions.
-Jab endlag 10 -> 12
-Added Propper tilt cancels (on hit) to Jab
-Walljump VSP 10 -> 9

Fspecial:
-Will now always go off ledges; However, theres a duration penalty if the grab was started on the ground.
-Grounded dashes will now always have full endlag.

Some animation tweaks to Rolls and Dash Start

-Added Neutralizing Gas Compatibility

Utilt startup 8 -> 7
Bair startup 14 -> 13
Nair startup 10 -> 9
Fair startup 15 -> 14
Fair endlag 16 -> 17
Fair Spiking hitbox slightly reduced in width
Dair startup 15 -> 14
Uair Top hitbox angle 90 -> 85
Added a .85 Hitstun multipliers to Fair and Dair spikes.

Uspecial Endlag: 12(18) -> 13(20)
Uspecial Max HSP during Uspecial: 5 -> 4.5
Made Uspecial hitboxes connect a little more consistently.

No-Battery Nspecial is no longer parry safe. (honestly not sure why i even did this initally, it was wack)
Made a New Rune (Rune I: Low Battery Cost Moves can be attack-cancelled on hit)
Strong Attack Ground Friction .4 ->.45
Made doing Slide-off strongs (Strong Boosting) much easier by adding a 3 frame grace period during startup.
->Same thing with Grounded Fspecial

Made Dust effects change with current alt
Made some visual fixes to some hurt sprites. (Uphurt, Spinhurt, groundhurt)
Fixed some wack crouch offsets

Added some compatibilities:
-Dracula Castle
-Palutena Guidance
-GreenFlower Zone
-Po & Gumbo Dish
-Mamizou

And thats it, not a massive patch. Just some cool stuff i wanted to push.
