Change: Balance-Update

- New max Jump-Range: 20,000 Km (old: 250,000 Km)
(better with the slider to handle and from Earth to Alien is around only 4k Km - fits better)

- Stored Power / need power for jump: 1,2 MW
- Reload-time: ~ 2 min

- Recept-Changes:

- GravityGenerator from 20 to 250
- PowerCell from 120 to 400
