Changed how cameras work and added CT-spawn camera. Changed layout above B. Widened skylight. Created new CT path to outside building. Changed lower area (no longer passable). Minor cover changes and fixes.

Removed second ramp, added more logic to the real-world flow, added cameras, another ladder, assymetry... lots of changes that I want to test.

Fixed black models, I hope!

Added more stuff under A, especially windows. More lights on second floor. Lights can be turned off everywhere. New access to roof. Lots of other goodies.
