M&L Patch Notes 2.2

General:
Fixed up HUD Grey pixels

Mario:
Fixed an issue causing the timing mechanic on Mario's Ustrong to not work properly.
Mario has a new downstrong instead of just re using dtilt. (New one is p janky/meh but anything is better)

Luigi:
Luigi's various animations such as idle and movement now loop properly.

Both:
Pressing Down Special and Attack at the same time will start a new attack: Magic Windows
Uptilt 2nd hit damage: 11% -> 7%

Magic Windows:
After entering the window, a random Bro will come out of it somewhere above the opponent. If you then land a down air, you will receive an Excellent rating and the move will repeat as long as you keep on landing down airs.
If Mario or Luigi are the ones to come out of the window, you can do any aerial instead, but not specials. If both Bros come out at the same time, you cannot do anything except a down air.

Mario & Luigi Rework Patch notes:

General:
- Mario & Luigi's Sprite Size has been increased overall in order to ensure better looking sprites. Also they were a bit small compared to the rest of the cast
- As a result of the new sprite size, all moves now have generally bigger Hitboxes.
- When using Fspecial, all moves now properly turn into the spin attack. Can still be cancelled with Nspecial.
- As you will see, all of their stats have been changed in an effort to un "sandbert" the duo and make them generall less ridiculous.
- Fixed a bug that caused most of Mario's stats to actually be Luigi's.

Mario:
Walk Speed: 3.25 -> 3.2
Dash Speed: 7.5 -> 6.75
Dash Turn Accel: 1.5 -> 0.75
Ground Friction: 0.5 -> 0.8
Moonwalk Accel: 1.4 -> 1.2
Jump Speed: 12 -> 10.5
Shorthop Speed: 8 -> 6.95
Double Jump Speed: 12 -> 10
Leave_Ground_max: 7 -> 6.25
Max Fall Speed: 13 -> 10.5
Fast Fall Speed: 16 -> 13
Weight: 0.8 -> 0.925
Waveland modifier: 1.35 -> 1.2
Waveland Friction: .04 -> .08
Ustrong is now much less jank placement wise.

Dair is now a charge move as to make the timing and bouncing much easier than before.

Hotfixed a bug that caused Mario's dair animation to play when dashing.

v1.0 Why the fuck did this revert back to 1.0 my config file says 1.3?!??! This system is borked man

When using a strong attack while in fspecial, it will now correctly do the fspecial attack.
