Time for a special little update!

Forward special has a new feature. Pressing special at any time during the long version of side b(the one without a hitbox) will cause renamon to do a grab. Landing this grab will see renamon hold an enemy in place for a bit. Tapping up or down while she's got em grabbed will have her do an attack, this also applies in the air though be careful, missing the grab will put you in special fall.

And second thing, renamon now has a brand new css and victory portrait *that's also animated* done by the great iLongbow.

A small holiday update for you all!

All smash attacks now have reduced knockback and scaling along with faster startup on forward and down smash. Down smash also has a higher launch angle.
Down tilt- launch angle has been adjusted.
Up tilt- Slightly increased knockback to better allow combos.
Down special- A brand new move! Renamon charges a vortex around her before firing it a set distance in front of her. Foes caught by it will be hit several times before being launched back at you for follow ups.

And that's about all for now but stay tuned, i'll of course have more updates for my girl in the future as i always do.

v3.0 Competitive edition

Yes i return with yet *slams hand on table* another update! This update focuses on straight up fixing and buffing renamon's kit. Along with some extra goodies. This update was inspired by Towerdepth and their amazing in depth review and ideas over renamon. Now let's start this patch up.

Attacks

All normals&aerials- Increased hitstun and range allowing her moves to actually combo.
Ftilt- Increased hitstun along with a faster shoryuken so the move connects into each other. Hit 1 also does 1 more % of dmg.
Dtilt&Jab- Jab 2/3 and Dtilt now move you further forward letting you keep on the pressure a bit better. Dtilt also has increased knockback scaling, at higher % new aerial combos will be possible.
U-Smash- Faster start up, more hitstun on hit 1 and increased range.
F-Smash- Now comes out 9 frames faster along with some angle adjustments.
D-Smash- Comes out slightly faster and has a extra hitbox before the fire.
Dair- Is now a 4 hit move making it different from aerial down special.

Specials

N-Special- grounded now comes out a bit faster and both versions have double the hitstun so you cna now actually combo off of it..sorry bout that. Diamond storm is also far more durable so no more getting beat out by everything.
F-Special- Comes out slightly faster, short distance slightly increased and slightly more hitstun. You can now hit cancel u-smash from this move.
D-Special- Strong hit is now weaker, but by holding the button after hitting with this move will have renamon do a strong follow up.
Down-Taunt- You can now hold the button to have Kyubimon keep sleeping, gotta send that message lol.

Visuals&Audio

Most moves have had slight touch ups.
Several moves have had changed or added SFX.
Up&aerial down special- Sakuyamon sprites have been fixed up, they're now larger and not all mixeled.
Fair&Bair- Both have been visually updated.
F-Special- New frames have been added to give the move more life.
Renamon now has an intro! I've wanted one for a long time.
Renamon now has a full 32 alts!
Gb(Early access) is now correctly shaded.
She now has a rainbow skin(gay pride) along with her trans rights, bi rights(hey that's me) black lives matter and non-binary.
And a few more skins based off of furry characters or digimon.
Oh also she now has Henry stickman support.

And that should mostly cover it. I'm glad to still be able to work on and improve renamon for all of you, and i'm glad there's still people who enjoy playing her. So i want to give all of you a huge thank you! And i hope y'all enjoy her new update and have fun!

Hey ya miss me? I'm back with yet another forsaken update to this vixen.

Visuals

Some colors have been lightened/darkened to look better.
Some alts have been touched up a bit and several new ones have been added.
Slight changes to some attacks.

Moves

Most moves have been changed be it frame data, % or knockback.
Side-Special. The move now goes half the distance and speed, but now if you hold the button down she'll go the full distance but without a hitbox. This allows the move to be more easier used in combos while keeping the movement utility.

Once again i'm back with a small visual based update.
Visual&Moves

Idle- Has been updated and is now much longer and more fluid.
Walk- She now has her own walk animation instead of just borrowing run.
Fire effects- Have been touched up so they aren't all crazy colors on the alts.
Taunt- The digi trio have been touched up so they also aren't all crazy colors on alts.
Digivolutions- yes touched them up as well to fix those nasty color errors.
Rest- Just a few visual fixes.
Nair/Fair/Bair/Uair- have had changes to their hitpause to give the attacks more weight.

Changes.
Up special- The farther version is now activated at frame 7 instead of 4. This allows more time to input the one you need.
Ftilt- Hurtbox has been fixed cause i'm the big dumb.
Dair- You can no longer drift or fast fall during the move, making it alround more balanced.
And lastly a few visual updates.

Back with yet another update, this features some balance changes and some more visual fixes.

Moves

Ftilt- Has been changed..again. The move now does reduced dmg and knockback but if you hold the attack button during the move she will follow it up with a second attack. Not holding the button will do just the regular move.
Uair- Has been given increased start up frames.
Dair- Has also been given increased start up frames as the move is very powerful.
Aerial Down special- Has been given the same increase as dair as to make both moves as viable for their situations.
Fair&Nair- Increased start up with slightly reduced endlag.
Bair- Just an animation fix.

Visuals

All sprites have had her white fur colors updated so they better work with alt colors.
Guilmon, Impmon and Terriermon have been editted so they better work with alt colors.
Almost all alt colors have been updated to better stand out and better reflect what they reference.
Alt colors "Faker" "Ninetales" "Abyss" and "Early Access" have had their spots swapped as to better cut off the alts that reference other digimon and the alts that do not.
The "Gatomon" alt has been replaced with a "Gabumon" alt as having both Gatomon and Amaterasu were too similar and felt like a waste of an alt.

And lastly which this won't really effect any of you but i have removed several useless lines of code which will slightly load the character faster when first selected.

Back with yet another update, this time featuring a few changes yet also big changes.

Move Changes.
Ftilt- Completely new move. an advancing slash with more knockback then the old one.
Dair- Completely new move. Renamon charges fire into her fist then strikes down moving with it. This move is weaker then the original one but the movement from it opens new combos and risky edge guards.
Uair- Compl..you get the idea. A wheel spin hitting all around her, has slightly lower dmg and more alround lag to offset the many more hitboxes.
Taunt- Has been remade along with having 3 variants using the direction buttons.
Jab- Increased hitstun on jab1 and 2 allowing the move to connect better. Dmg has also been reduced by 1 on the third hit.
Nspecial- dmg has been reduced by 1.

Other changes.
Platform- Has been completely remade to be a little bit original.
Support for Agent N has been added.

A small update just visual improvements.

All grounded sprites now accurately show renamon standing both feet on the ground.
Several sprites have updated with small fixes i missed before.
All fire effects have been slightly updated and may get further visual improvements later on.
CSS and defeat screens have been changed to match the victory screen for uniform look.

This patch was made because of the great feedback and suggestions of a dedicated fan..you know who you are :3
I may start working on a change to her grounded moves for later on to give her attacks more weight and uniform.
