Now works with L4D1 maps. Now you can be really sad and dead in a L4D1 setting, too!

There was a soundbyte in there that I didn't realise I'd added. It was from another mod that I must have put. I can't remember what other mod it was, but it was when everyone dies it just goes screams at you. I've taken it out now, since it's not mine!
