martial arts -6 from -5
dexterity 0.85x from 0.9x
dodge 0.8x from 0.75x
ranged 0.9x from 1x

FROM GI AND ROBES MOD!!!
Ninja Gi has +2 to martial arts
and 1.05x to combat speed
Nobles robes now 1.05x dexterity instead of 1.1x
every robe but ninja gi has 1x combat speed
all pants dodge now 1.05x from 1.1x
Martial arts on everything but the monk robe added

Halfpants now have 80% coverage and armored variants have 90% ragged halfpants now has acid rain protection
worn out shorts now have buffs
stout hessains have 60% leg coverage insteaof of 50% of regular and 90% uniform

Slightly lowerd blunt rating (its barely noticable, but maybe in the game math)

Samurai Helmets & police & tin can:
dodge: 0.95x
They may not appear to affect dodge, which they dont, but I will see how this works and may revert it.

But as for me:
having a helmet on can be harder. With those helmets in particular it would be harder to see an attack coming, thus harder to dodge it. It also weighs more.

Samurai helmets now how 0.65x ranged skill from 0.6x

Tin can -12 perception from -10
