i didnt realise i didnt do the dyed turtleneck, i didnt notice until i beat up some swamp ninjas and it had no stats.
also the black cloth shirt now has 1.05x stealth from 1x

Holy armour:

changed again to now have 0.92x ranged from when i had just changed it to... oh fuck, 0.85x? xD
and dodge is now 0.65x from when i had just changed it to 0.6x
and now the defence bonus is 0 from -2
martial arts is now -5 from when i just changed it to -6
dexterity is now 0.85x from when i had just changed it to 0.8x

Holy armour:

martial arts now -6 from when i changed it to -8
assassination 0.7x from when i changed it to 0.65x
dexterity is now 0.8x from when i changed it to 0.75x
dodge is now 0.6x from when i changed it to 0.55x
ranged is now 0.85x from when i changed it to 0.7x (i think it was 0.7 xD)

Guild Plastic Surgen now wears the black Martial Artist Bindings

Martial Artist Bindings:
Slightly lowerd the chance for the Black martial artist bindings (not the blueprint) from being in the shinobi thievies shop because it was a little high. Also buyable from the shek armour vendor, it is a way smaller chance. And the regular martial artist bindings are buyable from both. (I only added these to shek because the Shek use them, and they wont be using the black version so that is alot lower chance. The Thievs also wear them now with a 75% chance and a 25% chance for white

Rag shirts now have 1.05x dexterity now from 1x, and the black ones have 1.05x from 1x assassination too. also the right arm coverage is now 35% from 30%

Upgraded the chance from a shek selling the black variant blueprint from 10 to 20, and the shinobi 40 from 30
and made the actual clothing, not the bp buyable at the shinobi thievs
