No balancing, just a much needed alt makeover

His CSS card has a new alt costume menu, courtesy of Munomario777
Alt count has been cranked up to sixteen, including "clear/glass" and NES skins, and others that reference other characters. An extra secret alt can be accessed by holding down while at the beginning of match when picking the 12th alt. Several already present alts were slightly changed or even straight up replaced.

forward strong has a better looking animation and jab's smear looks better now

this was also a load of eye-candy related changes lol

-Up taunt was polished a bit more.
-Up strong has regular hit effects now, and its last hit, as well as down and up smashes have larger hit effects to give that "Ooomph!" feeling.
-Forward special's projectile...uh...rotates...differently? No idea how to explain this.
-Down aerial has one less hit, but is stronger now(it did like 7% originally?? should do 9% now). The first 4 hits send downwards now, too. Also it has better sprites now instead of that whirlpool-looking atrocity.

Just a couple minor changes. No balancing stuff.

-Added Feri costume support.

-Bluey's up taunt has been changed to feature only him and his cousin, Cinnamon, as BlueyBot is now a fighter on his own. Hey, at least she's actually animated this time 'round!
---P.S. I accidentally made you unable to use the quick magic recharge past 80% when doing this. ...Oh well. Might change this later if I so feel inclined to.

i was testing using my own characters in online matches but then some stuff led to another and i fixed some stuff and now i'm uploading a patch for assurance that everything's alright

as for actual changes

pratfall land frames upped from 7 to 11
dash attack hitbox is slightly close to bluey and has smaller height. also the clean hit lasts 1 frame less
forward tilt has whiff lag now(i forgot to put it there)

Charged down special no longer applies Zetterburn's fire effect. This is to prevent a crash related to palette swaps
