Ooops double update shit shit shit

-a couple air movement-related stats were adjusted. air friction for example is a bit higher
-neutral aerial clean hit is slightly weaker. late hit is slightly stronger though
-kirby's copy ability has less startup and no longer has clairen stun (It had no reason to be there anyway)

a couple miscellanous changes dear gosh i need to stop patching this character while making another

-Forward aerial had some janky shit on its sweetspot so i made it not as jank and also the hitboxes are perfect circles now
-Neutral special fully charged has been changed somewhat. Deals slightly more knockback, but the knockback scaling is lower. It no longer has any kind of hitstun multiplier, and doesn't use Clairen plasma stun anymore, tho it still stuns and now it makes a bunch of B's spin around your opponent

At last, the Bluey Reanimation Project finally comes to a close... At least, I hope so.

-Forward tilt, dash attack, back aerial and up aerial's animations got tweaked by varying degrees. As a result, the move themselves may be a bit different as well.
-Dash attack's hitboxes have different shapes and the move itself may be a little stronger.
-As a result of the new animation, back aerial has slightly more range. The sour hit is a completely different shape and size, too.
-Up aerial is no longer a sex kick-type move, and is now a 2-hit move, due to the slightly tweaked animation.
-Down aerial functions a bit differently, and the last hit sends at a different angle depending on whether the opponent is grounded or airbone.
-Neutral aerial's back hitboxes send opponents away from Bluey(ergo, his back), instead of sending them to his front.

-Up tilt's front and back hitboxes are slightly closer to the center.
-Back aerial has much less start-up now. Sweetspot has a smaller hitbox and the late hit has slightly less knockback scaling, however.
-Forward aerial has a bit more of end lag.
-Neutral special's magic blast does slightly less damage at its first and second stages. The hitstun multiplier it previously had is MUCH less severe now, either. (back when i was first making it i mistook it for hitpause and thought it would add up to the stun lol)
Also did a slight adjustment to the sound effects and the projectiles' spawning points.
-Down special has slightly less startup and the exploding back hitbox lasts a couple more frames. It's also jump cancellable.

alright now that extended workshop tourney 2 is over time for another 10 patches per day

-A couple animations were sliiightly changed, such as idle, neutral special, up tilt, down tilt, and up strong.
-Fixed a little mistake where Bluey's neutral special charge wouldn't flash a new color upon reaching its fourth stage.
-Up tilt's hitboxes are more consistent in size now.
-Forward tilt comes out faster. (I had originally made it slow so it was easier to angle. As it turns out, it was a mistake on my part. Bruh)
-Down aerial deals less damage.
-Forward aerial deals more damage.
-Magic B-last's hitstun multiplier has been lessened.
-Bowling Balls come out faster.

New alternate palette time! Fifth slot is the #006766 skin (thanks ricE / EC-Design for this one!), and a new Abyss-themed 11th alt is there too. (NOTE: This alt will make you weaker as you're not as blue. NOTE 2: I'm joking, nothing will actually happen.)
