**BLUEY, BUT BLUER**
The Bluest Entity Ever Known to Exist

Bluey got ahold of the forbidden ancient power of blue, and now he's more powerful(and bluer) than ever! By accessing the new 9th color slot, this power can be yours from today on as well!

Bluey, But Bluer is, essentially, another OP alternate costume similar to the veins of Golden Ronald. He's a lot more mobile, has infinite double jumps, attacks have MUCH less start and end lag, every hit heals, the magic wand is always charging, and you cannot go helpless after using your up special. The AI may also be a little bit tough to beat... Just a bit.

P.S. Please do not use B3 in any kind of serious setting like a tourney, if by some unlikely chance you end up playing the blue man in one.

- Stats have been slightly tweaked again. Bluey runs and jumps slightly slower. I'd say it's comparable to Zetterburn's stats on these.

- Jab 2 angles slightly lower.
- Down tilt has less hitpause.
- Up tilt deals the same amount of damage in all hits.
- Up strong has slightly less upward range, and the initial hit that leads to the blasts has been gotten rid of. However, the first blast is also lower, being able to hit grounded foes better. Magic-filled up strong was also similarly changed.
- Down strong's weight hits come sooner, and the "earthquake" has less range.
- Forward strong is bigger, although its range is generally the same. (It's just so it has a better time hitting people out of a dash)
- Up aerial angles slightly lower.
- Neutral special's projectiles travel slightly slower, and stage 2 and 3 deal less knockback.
- Forward special's projectile deals slightly less knockback.
- Up special's hits now angle slightly lower.

-Forward tilt's rock paper scissors is no longer random - it now changes depending on the direction you angle your joystick. Default/forward is rock, up is scissors, and down is paper. They also got more gameplay differences.
- Rock deals more knockback, paper adds more hitstun, and scissors deals more damage. (Thanks Trail Mix for the idea!)
