This is a pre patch till i get time to full one.

in this:
- Hoopstone and horseshoe are now rotateble
- Hoopstone and horseshoe have visible areas
- Lights have been balanced closer to vanilla
- fix for research bench texture.
- Changes so nothing should be lost on old save when install GVO
(still need some items, but less agressive now, rest will come next release)
