OP Jotaro is now WAY faster in every move, giving a lot more combo potential.
Timestop has a slight cooldown to prevent people from constantly spamming it over and over again.
Jotaros Overall walkspeed, runspeed jumps, everything has been sped up immensely.

Kirbys timestop ability animation now stops quicker, allowing you to get a bit more time in timestop
