Reworked spawnpoints.Flags now have spawnpoints. thanks starstrafe <3

Balanced control room flag, added a gap in one of the windows.
Added more cover for people going down the stairs.
Removed the second wall between Reception and Control room, might be added back later.
Added more cover to points, and their entrypoints.
