Replaced the city state of Malacca with the city state of Pasai to avoid having two Malaccas. Thank you James for helping with this

Fixed a piece of missing text in the civilopedia

Fixed the biases so the Malacca AI should do better at what it is supposed to do.
Changed the name of the capital to "Malacca" from "Melaka" because, while Melaka is how it is spelled in Malay, it causes confusion where Malacca's capital is Melaka and some other civ has the city Malacca.

Removed a bit of code that gave the Laksamana an upgrade path into an ironclad, which came about from copying the jong unit defines for the laksamana and changing them but forgetting to delete this part.
