Gameplay update

- New gameplay mode: One HQ and its buildings plus more buildable buildings on pools.
- Reintegrated spaceships but changed role to AA and some Air To Ground using habilities.
- Now not all units can attack air: ground units just AA soldiers, ships and fighters. Gunships are no able to doit anymore.

- Changed gameplay (Will suffer more changes soon)
- Disabled capital ships on skirmish at the moment
- Added 3 new neutral structures

- Added 212/501 legion barracks
- Added 501/212 clone unit troopers
- Doubled income rate of refineries and processors
- Changed unit attack. Now almost alll ground unit cannot attack air and Starships cannot attack ground units but buildings
- Increased starships speed
- Reduced Y-wing attack
- A6 Juggernaut price and repeater laser turret damage increased
- AT-AP, AT-TE and OG-9 attack range increased
- AAT damage, HP and price increased
