Updated LiBo ES (Lifeboat Ejection System) - Simple Edition [v1.3].

Implemented the beacon from "The Emergency Beacon Update" (v0.10.13)
The button to activate it, is on the right side under the radio system.

You have a idea how i can improve the LiBo ES, or you found a bug? Tell it me in the comments, any suggestion and help is welcome!

Updated LiBo ES (Lifeboat Ejection System) - Simple Edition [v1.2]:

- Added a radio system with frequency keypad

- Added day (Red smoke + parachute) and night (Red illumination + parachute) emergency flares

- Changed the heater to an automatic heater (to activate the system just pull the lever and below a value of 5.50 the system will activate automatically)
