~ CPP Minor Update 8.1

- Dramatically reduced end-game Kill XP requirements for final ranks on Legendary difficulty.

Now based on Commander +33%, rather than +80%. The sheer number of classes meant it was nearly impossible to rack up 250 kills with a single operative for BRG rank (especially when it was only 120 kills on Commander!)

- Added clarification to LWotC_Whirlwind that it cannot trigger for special abilities that hit multiple targets.

- Fireball: Now named Ignis. Description updated.

CPP Release Version 8
~ This should be the last release. It was required for Chimera Classes 1.0 leaving Beta.

- Merged vanilla BRG XP Unlocker config from CC + CH into CPP to prevent duplication.
- Moved vanilla classes BRG skill patch from CH to CPP.


- Localisation Updates:

Fixed 98 instances of incorrect line-break syntax. Instances of '/n' will no longer appear in Pop-Up help text.

Fixed 94 instances of incorrect cooldown syntax. Set text values replaced with a vanilla script function to actually reference their config values - this ensures correct information is displayed in-game.

Improved descriptions for multiple perks as requested by CC users, adding cooldowns and Gremlin charges.

Added missing Promotion help text for several abilities as reported by CC users.


- Config Balance:

Fireball: Range increased to 24 (was 12)
Malaise: Range increased to 24 (was 12)
MediShot: Range increased to 12 (was 9)
Tesla Clip: Cooldown reduced to 1 turn (was 3)
Inferno Clip: Cooldown reduced to 1 turn (was 3)
Toxin Rounds: Cooldown reduced to 1 turn (was 3)
Personal Shield: Cooldown increased to 6. Duration reduced to 3 (was 5).


- Bugfix / Other:

Corrected several in-game pop-up effect names, such as a Blood Kill, to the right perk.

Forked Lightning: now costs Templar Focus to use.
Cauterize: now correctly bypasses armor as Gremlin electrical damage.

Dies Irae: Made 'Deep Focus' a pre-requisite ability, as the ability costs 3 focus.
Personal Shield: Basic 'affirmative' animation added to ability.

LWotC_Gunslinger: renamed to: 'Downtown Heat'. New icon and new text for auto-pistol use.
Vampiric Stab: Made the icon purple. Also renamed to 'Soul Rend' and updated the description.

Added various Community items & grenade support to a variety of utility perks.
Full Kit: added Iridar Rocket types and various Community grenade support

New skill: Aether (CCFortress) - A very simple variant of Fortress for Templars.

Restored missing configurable values for many vanilla abilities. These can be found in /config/XComLW_SoldierSkills.ini - lines 399-426.

Fixed zero ammo costs for: Hail of Bullets, Demolition, Saturation Fire
Fixed missing cooldowns for: Fuse, Insanity

Fixed broken Insanity Mind Control duration.
Fixed Domination not being able to target stunned enemies.

Fixed missing Rupture Crit Bonus
Fixed Gremlin tech upgrades granting free charges of Revival Protocol.

Fixed Serial inflicting a damage fall off with every shot taken.
Fixed Covering Fire not inflicting the stated aim debuff on the enemy.

CPP no longer prevents melee attacks whilst on fire.
CPP no longer prevents special shots whilst on fire.
CPP no longer prevents overwatch skills from hitting the same enemy multiple times.

Redefined fuse variables within Mitzruti Psi Amp scripts to new string: MzFuse. (Compatibility)

Bugfix: The Business no longer preview's destructable items which it can't hit.

Improved Reinvigorate description to state: 'Once per turn'

- Disabled Fogwall script, which was mis-firing and granting cover to flanked ADVENT units.
- Renamed LW2 Dense Smoke to 'Heavy Fog'. Increased it's defense buff to +20.
- Fixed a config issue which prevented Iridar Singe & Melta from firing correctly.
