Multiplayer bugfixes - Mag spawn-in-hand now works properly in multiplayer.
Magazines now also clean up after a minute.

Ammo support: Ammo is now tracked by the SMG and will be shown in the weapon wheel. Uneven amounts of low ammo (such as 20, for example) will spawn magazines with the respective amount of bullets in them. No ammo will result in empty magazines being spawned.
