Updated 'Hurricane' Firefighting Rig. Added Throttle Hold, Key number 6 to engage. This will be the final update for the Hurricane, its old and confusing. I will fix any problems or bugs as they become apparent, but the feature list isn't likely to change.

Updated 'Hurricane' Firefighting Rig. Renamed vehicle from "'Hurricane' Remote Fire Response Rig" to "'Hurricane' Firefighting Rig". Added a water transfer system to to the water tanks and did lots of cosmetic improvements. Rig now uses fins to keep the nose on the ground underwater. The turning pivots finally work correctly now.

Updated 'Hurricane' Remote Fire Response Rig. Renamed vehicle from "'Hurricane' Remote Response Rig" to "'Hurricane' Remote Fire Response Rig". Cosmetic work, and added a Snorkel camera.

Fixed The Drone connectors. So now the rig side disconnect will actually disconnect, and not turn the drone into a top hat.
