Fix update

Some stations were going Offline with no more power.

Added more Uranium at those important stations so players can take more time to complete all missions.

FIX / update

Ancient facility challenge was not working after game updates :
> Safe Zone enabled so that challenge works now.

Moon Base corner LCDs :
> Text size reset.

Facility 2 corner LCDs :
> Text size reset.

Helideck station corner LCDs :
> Text size reset.

Small Mako :
> Ghost keys deleted.

World update

I forgot to turn ON Drone Portal 1 spotlights, tho it was not affecteing the mission I prefered to fix/update.

Fix :

Drone Portal 1 = Spotlights ON
